When exporting commercially available computers manufactured by Dynabook Inc.
If commercially available computers and tablets manufactured by Dynabook Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “commercially available computers”) are exported or taken overseas (hereinafter referred to as “export relation”), you must comply with your country laws and regulations and U.S. export control laws and regulations.
Information
1.Management according to home country laws and destination country laws.
When if your country laws and regulations request to you must license from governments. In addition, you may need an import license from the export destination. Please check the relevant government agency website for details.
2.Management in accordance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.
The commercially available computers and other items are subject to export relation restrictions based on U.S. laws and regulations. If you are applying for a permit required by the U.S. government, please obtain the U.S. government permit yourself before export relation. For details, please check the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. Embassy website, etc.
3.Classification Information.
The classification sheet result at the time when the commercially available computers was shipped from the DBI’s factory. *Accessories, optional items, other items. have not announced the classification results.

4.Caution
After purchase, we will not be able to issue a certificate of classification as we will no longer be able to prove that commercially available computers are in the same condition as when shipped from the factory. Additionally, the classification listed on this page will be invalidated.
We do not issue a classification certificate for individual classification regarding accessories such as Mouse and AC adapters included in the product, installed application software, other items, and optional items.
When a customer export relation the commercially available computers overseas, it may be restricted in accordance with the laws of the country and the laws and regulations related to the export control of the U.S. Obtaining permits and other necessary procedures is at your own risk.
